February 26, 2023 was a day of giving back for the AllCloud VA team as we conducted our first outreach activity in Lingayen, Pangasinan in the Philippines.
Happy team, happy life – getting food packs ready the night before outreach day
The team gave out rice and grocery packs to 100 families of the small fishing community of Barangay Poblacion, Lingayen with the assistance of incumbent councilwoman Maan Versoza and other barangay officials.
“AllCloud VA does not view itself as an outsourcing company”, says co-founder Jon Satterthwaite. “We provide trained, productive and managed Virtual Assistants. This level of service is nearly unaffordable in the local labor market for most US based REALTORS. Most of our Clients would just put in longer hours to address all the details, now their families are glad to have THEIR time back.”
AllCloud VA’s earn several times the median wage for their area which is how we attract the best and the brightest. This is why we take great pleasure in feeling that we increase the quality of life for both our Clients and our Virtual Assistants.
We, as a team, feel blessed and want to give back to the community. Feeding the hungry is not the only activity of our outreach program, but it is certainly the most emotionally rewarding!
Those happy faces will touch you deeply.
Visibly touched by all the smiles and hugs, Wena Satterthwaite addressed the crowd. “Thank you all for the warm welcome you’ve shown our team today. We’re happy to have met all of you and shared our family’s blessings with your own. Pray for us that we may be able to grow as an organization, so we can come back and do more to help the community.”
All smiles! Ready to give out rice and grocery packs!
“It was a very humbling and heartwarming experience to be able to reach out and get to know the people in the community, and we would very much love to do this again…” Anna Bautista, Operations Manager for AllCloud VA said about the activity. “This lit a fire under me and made me even more driven to promote and lead a business like AllCloud to enable people from rural communities to have other work options where they wouldn’t have to leave their homes to provide a better future for their families.”
“I remember what Jon told me during my first day at AllCloud VA…” Jai Tadeo, Content Manager said after the activity. “He said we should always take the opportunity to help however we can. And our company embodies that. Not just with community outreach – which we are committed to doing every year – but AllCloud VA at its core is about helping people create a better life for themselves and their families through work from home opportunities. This is what drives us.”
Sweet treats for the kids – Yep, those are candies they’re holding, courtesy of Jon 😂
The activity is the first of the many outreach projects that AllCloud VA will do every year, our way to give back and help Philippine communities in need.
The AllCloud VA team would like to thank, once again, Miss Maan Versoza and Barangay Poblacion officials for helping us organize our first community outreach activity.
